Customer: It was the Rolex Submariner, and your site clearly listed it as 'in stock' last night. I even took a screenshot! Then I get to the store, and a very nice associate, Roman, tells me it's not there. What's going on with your inventory system? CS Rep: I completely understand your disappointment, especially after making the trip. We sometimes experience delays in our online inventory updates, and I'm very sorry that impacted your visit. Let me check the current stock for you right now, and I can also confirm if Roman registered your interest for future availability. Customer: Yes, he did register my interest, but that doesn't fix the wasted trip or the misleading information. I just want accurate information.
